• To operate and secure our services — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).

How we process and share

• We receive form submissions and store them in our internal tools.
• We use infrastructure providers to host our site and deliver form submissions (e.g., message relay services). These providers act as our processors.
• We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep contact messages for up to 12 months (or longer if needed for an ongoing engagement), then delete them unless law requires otherwise.

International transfers

If our processors store data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

Your rights
